Anyone else have a bad expierence with them. Cause I am, I ordered Balstien Struts, with Bat Springs, and a strut bar with the strut mounts (the rubber things) and I have been waiting since feb 23rd when I ordered them, and they still have not shipped. I keep calling them, and they say your order will be in tuesday, So I call yesterday. And they tell me oh the items didnt come in, they will be here next tuesday 100%, that is what they have been telling me for 2 months!!!

That's the main problem is that it seems they often are out of stock, and therefore at the mercy of their suppliers. When they have the part, they have speedy service.

Of course, I understand why they might be out of stock of Balstien struts.

I got the Full Monty suspension kit with the Konis. It took them only a week or two to get it all to me. I was very satisfied...
