Its pretty easy. I did mine on my Contour a few months ago.
Just get a Haynes manual and you will see it is pretty easy.
I bought a new setup from Stazi and painted the drums black.
Once I got in there and seen how pathetic drum brakes are, I made a decision never to own another car with drums again.
