Josch,
The oil level was on the money full. The leak was just a bit of a mess maker in my garage. No risk to the car. I also checked it again at the dealership yesterday even they had the top end pulled apart. The oil look as it did the last time I changed it... Clean...

I really wonder about the joy ride after reflecting in what the Tech said about the whole ordeal. I called Ford Customer Care and get the feeling that I'm going to be rail roaded on the rental car.... The lady I talked to wasn't too friendly and got kind of pissy with me about the rental saying Ford doesn't owe me one.

Well if I was only going to have to go without my car for 3-4 days then no big deal, but 4 weeks or more? She told me they would call me back tomorrow night with a decision on the matter. Is Ford trying to run off loyal owners?

Still no word today from the dealership on anything.

The saga continues... Damn I'm sick of this mess.
