OP mc Junior Member M Joined: Sep 2000 Posts: 28 Pittsburgh, PA U.S.A.	1131 & 1519 1131- Intake manifold runner control valve 1519- Upstream O2 sensor not switching Is one caused by the other ? Can I fix this/these myself ? Any advise will be much appreciated M C 98 EO 52,000 miles
