I have no idea what your pic is showing me, but if it has a square hole inside the round part then yes. It doesn't allow enough air to get to the mass air flow sensor. It is billet aluminum so it is very hard, so use a drill to get as much of the restrictor out, then dremel it so the air has a good path of flow. Then put it back on and see if it works. Did you have to drill new mounting holes in it because they were in the wrong place?
