Now thats where it gets tricky. I dont think so. After you get the cat you will have to get flex pipe (youll need a flex pipe with the Race header also) and then take the car to a mufflet shop to have them build as system form the Flex back since there is no aftermarket exhaust sytem for the tour zetec( not a good any way) if your going N/A all the way you will want 2.25 flex and exhaust if you plan on upgrading to a turbo you will want 2.5 flex and exhaust.

If you can weld your self you can bulid your own exhaust. If not take it to a shop.

I hope you read up before posting this.

Actually i did and just re read and noticed i left somthing pretty damn imprtant out.

On my 95 the stock cat will not bolt up to the shorty header of the focus. I have a square flange and it has a trinagular flange. The reason why i never noticed this is because im going to buy a Race header for tour. Since that will delte the cat i never checked it. I was looking at pics of the shorty header i recently bought for my focus and noticed this.

It doenst really matter as i said before the header will destroy the stock cat anyway.

Anf if your reffering to the sizes yes i have. Through dyno tests that I cant rember where there at or i would show you. You lose a little HP with 2.5 on a N/A well you dont gain as much as if you had 2.25 Turbos are the same the way. 3 you will not gain as much as if you had 2.5. These motors like a little back pressure. I have researched this talked to many many pepole on and off line and this is the genreal consesus.
