The wing on a Cosworth Escort is fully functional. I'd want a wing on car that small that capable of 150mph and will hand a Corvette it's ass if slightly modified. Please don't call it a shopping cart handle. An aluminum wing on a stock Neon is another case. I would sell my first born for that car.
