I have 96 2.0 and my belt system is same as your and I had mine off countless times.The bolt on the tensioner is 13mm.You can get the tensioner easier from the bottom.Take the little plastic cover off the bottom of your car the covers up the crankshaft pulley and the rest of that stuff its a small cover and is held in by 2 bolts.After that the belt and pulleys will be exposed from bottom.just slip your wrench on the tensioner bolt push up and remove belt.Once you get down there you will find it alot easier.GOOD LUCK
