Do not under any circumstances buy the firestones. I have firehawk GTAs on my car and they are the worst tires I've evr seen. Even when they were new they wouldn't go a lick on the snow. In fact, one day I went to go around a gentle curve in the road at about five miles an hour. There was a quarter inch of snow an the ground, and my tires had no grip (yes they were new), anyway, I slid off the road and was within two inches of hitting a fire hydrant. This little "incident" also caused me to chew up my rim. If you want traction on snow stay away from anything with firestone on it. BTW, the firehawk's are about to go bald, and I have 23K on the car. I don't drive aggressively, and I had them rotated. IMHO, they are junk. Pick anything else that isn't an all out summer tire, and you'll be happier than you would be with the firestones.
