Not sure if a S-AFC will be cheaper than a chip. I have a apexi and it worked great for tuning on the dyno but I paid $150 for a dyno tune. Thats $450 for a tune and the device. Both would be optimal. SF will burn you one until your happy for $460. I'm probably going to get one of those very soon to get rid of the MIL's, turn the fans on earlier, and various other things.

Oh by the way don't be pissed at the dyno numbers. I dynoed at 191.2fwhp with port and polished heads and 3L valves. It was heatsoaked horribly bad though.
