Well here is the plot from this morning. I'm definately not impressed. The car was running way rich. I think Pro-M sent me a bad MAF so it definately needs some tuning.
http://www.pbase.com/image/16778256
Run #1: Max POWER = 190.5 Max TORQUE = 185.2
Run #2: Max POWER = 187.3 Max TORQUE = 191.3
Can someone help me and tell me why the low numbers?

It doesn't look all that rich to me. 12:1 a/f isn't all that bad. I think I recall most people saying between 12.5 and 13.5 to be ideal. I believe most people shoot for 12.7 or so. To me it looks like the car runs out of steam at about 5700rpm, when it should still be climbing in power. Maybe the a/f needs to be changed some up on the to end to make some more of that power. The rest of the graph looks incredible though! TORQUE

Yeah I was really surprised to see the Torque being higher than the Horsepower. I haven't figured this MAF out yet but I really don't think it was calibrated right. If you read my other post in the 3.0L forum then you would see it was running lean. Put the optimizer on and did what Pro-M said and it was running really rich. So Then I leaned it out some more today but not back to where I originally had it set and so my mechanic and myself think that it might just be a faulty MAF. I shouldn't have to buy an optimizer. They are made to re-tune MAF's, not to put a bandaide on the problem

What all do you have in there SVT Heads/Cams? UIM/LIM? I see the Headers etc. Any tuning done? I would think custom chip will help. On a side note a straight 01 3L just dyno'ed 182/184 and if you have the 2.5 heads you should be higher. Also your A/F looks just like the straight 3L swap. I would contact Keith or Ford Chip about tuning.

Like I already said in the dyno & drag section, you're aif fuel sucks. On our cars, if you measured air fuel at the tailpipe you need to lean it out. I was running 196HP last summer at about 12:1 A/F, and I leaned it out to 13.5:1 with no sign of pinging. I gained 10Hp. Your engine looks like it has a breathing problem, like someone mentioned, its choking off around 5700 when the torque should remain higher. Try running the dyno with air filter off for one run, then alternately try running with pipes down at the y-pipe to see which one is the culprit. Don't be surprised if you jump up 20 HP or more with the exhaust pipes dropped. What kind of catback do you have? What size valves did you run? Porting job?

Like I said in the other post, basically all of my mods are in my sig. I didn't get to tune my car by any means on this Dyno. It was a big event here and they basically get your car on there, strap it down and do 2 pulls and then send you on your way with a graph. I didn't talk to the guys while they were doing it. This is just a once a year thing that they have where you pay $40 for 2 pulls and then an extra $15 for your A/F. And yes I realize my A/F sucks or I wouldnt have paid the $15 to figure out just how far off it was. Like I already said my MAF was definately calibrated wrong. Car ran ridiculously lean before and so that is why I got the optimizer, to try and fix a problem that should have never came up. So I richened it up because I didn't want to hurt the motor being too lean. With that optimizer I don't exactly have any wideband capabilities so I just dialed it in a little bit this morning and tried to lean it out just a little bit so I wasn't pulling 170HP numbers. Im definately calling Pro-M on monday though. I wanted to have all of this done before I had it tuned.

Too bad you didn't put your stock maf on for one of the dyno runs.
I would run stock MAF and injectors and see how it drives. It will run a little rich but you'll get most of your power back, probably more mid-range power. Anyway, at least until your pro-m is figured out.
There is still something else going on above 5.5K rpm. You are choking off and that is probably exhaust. Is you're main cat new?

Sorry, I did the 3.0L Hybrid so it has the 2.5L heads and cams. I used the 2.5L UIM/LIM also with 24# injectors

IMO don't waste your time sending your MAF back to Pro-M. Get a custom chip burnt and I would think that would fix everything.
