I would beef internals and tranny and what not to better put it prep it for a good turbo

Piston, Rods, and a Turbo deffinetly. If running a turbo a 2.5 inch exahust if you dont already have that.

Wrong - for FI the SVT Zetec is the last engine I'd choose. You'd have to dumb it down so much for boost it wouldn't be worth what you'd pay for it.
I found a Focus SVT engine on Carparts.com for 1100 or 1200 dollars you might check again

nope, u can get a turbo kit for around $3200-$3800. some people can get them for list depending on who they know.
