I'm running 93 octane daily....

I do have the SF intercooler....

Keith/Chris sent me out the hottest program(timing wise) to date due to the daily availability of 93 here in Florida. But after a few weeks of driving and a turn of the boost controller, I found that 7psi with my current chip is just to much. I attempted to tune it in with my Apex'i, but no luck, plus I would rather have a good base tune in the chip as a precautionary device.

Chris has already begun working on a new timing curve that supported 240whp at 6.5 psi.....I can live with that! I previously turned 230 on 5 psi, so I may be missing a couple of whp due to the couple degrees less timing, but it will be able to support more boost.

I will be purchasing drag radials, and I will turn the boost up marginally, and periodically..

Also, one cannnot compare system to system by psi levels, as different compressors have differnet CFM at the same psi setting. For instance: 5psi on my T-28, may have a similiar flow rate to a 16g at 15psi. So the Vortech 10psi, and the SF T-28 5 psi are "apples to oranges".

I do commend those that have run well on nitrous, but what happens when you don't have a fill station? I continuously run strong, while you fall back in the pack....Brian Earl Spilner....you serial killer from Arizona! J/K
