If you're speaking of the thin (walled) bushings that go where the bar attaches to the end links, I had the same problem. Sacrified an old hose and it works great.
Very tight fit, and it has the braided nylon inside so it won't fall apart
If it weren't a ***** to get at, i'd take a few pictures. I didn't have the camera at the time because I wasn't planning on them being so worn (and coming up with a ghetto replacement).
