Your post above compares the price of apples and oranges when you want pears. You are after stabilizer (sway) bar end links (or at least their bushings) not control arms and/or their bushings.
Suggest you leave it to dealer to select proper part for your car if they are going to be doing installation (avoids the inevitable warranty problem of; it was your part, not my labor).
