There are fixed factors and variable factors. One fixed factor is that stock vs. stock the RSX type S is a faster car. 0-60 and 1/4 with Prof. driver stock vs stock RSX type S IS FASTER. variable factor: The driver. You can't post on here and say "the RSX will destroy the SVT." Thats just not intelligent at all. Last weekend I watched a 5G VTEC prelude beat a camaro SS by 1 and 1/2 car lengths. Prelude had intake, headers, exhaust, and some ignition mods. SS only had exhaust. Who's car was faster? Obviously, the SS. I'm not 100% sure on my numbers but pretty sure the SS should be atleast 1 and 1/2 seconds faster than the lude in the 1/4. But hey, prelude got a perfect smooth launch/shifted perfect through every gear and SS burned god awful amounts of rubber and shifted into second too fast and bogged. So back to RSX vs SVT. I wouldnt be scared at all. If he misses a gear, that could have just cost him 1/2 second. There you go, I win. What If I launch perfect and he launches way too low and bogs. I'd be watching him in the rear view trying to catch up.
