1.It won't fit correctly. It will look very stupid. And unless your pipe is 2.5" than it will require muffler shop to make fit (not really a problem). Like I said it'll look stupid though, yes it can fit but nothing like a proper muffler.
2.It'll add maybe 1/4-1/2hp.
3.NOT WORTH THE COST. It's $70 with shipping. There are much better mufflers out there for same price or a little more.
