Ok, the oil change is a no-brainer. Putting in Mobil 1 5w-30 Synthetic and a Motorcraft Filter.

My question is - how do you change the oil filter without getting oil all over the exhaust? It looks like the oil filter is going to drain all over the front downpipe. I really don't want the car to stink like burnt oil. I don't see any evidence of oil on the exhaust now, but it sure looks like it'll get wet when I go to change it later today.

Any suggestons?
