Bad cycle switch on the low side will kill the low fan too. One needs the diagrams to know what to jump out to test it. Cycle switch has two pins so that is a no brainer to jump out. The high pressure/high fan switch can be jumped out if you stay with the colors. The fan in is black with white stripe which goes to ground lead black. Circuits are designed to kill the system if one of the components is out. The EEC picks this up and shuts stuff off.
