What is the correct thermostat temp for the '96 V6?

I just noticed that several online stores have a 180 degree Stant stat listed for this engine, but
other stores w/other brands, as well as the Motorcraft site, have a 190 listed.

I checked at work (Advance), & the Stant catalog has 180 listed as original equipment temp. But Stant only makes a regular stat for this engine, & I would rather have the SuperStat.
