A local shop recommended these: Monster Cable M1001XLN

The problem is that they're EXTREMELY expensive. Was wondering if perhaps KnuKonceptz may have a product on the same level for a cheaper price or if there is another brand that sells a similiar high-end product for a cheaper price? Any help would be appreciated

Seriously you're not going to hear a difference between a $30 cable and a $300 cable.

Knu just put up a new series of RCA's with silver soldered connections. Give those a shot if you need to spend some cash!

I'm assuming you are doing this for looks only right? If you are going all out on wiring accesories, I think Bill's would both sound just as good, and IMO it looks about 10x as good. Knowing Bill's prices, these are more than likely cheaper too.

Those monster cable ends (connection point) look alot like these ones from Bill's site

actually I'm going for the best sound quality I can possibly get, i dont care about looks as most of the wiring is going to be hidden. I've done a little research in the past few hours and it looks like for a lot of this stuff you're really just paying for the name of the brand. Stinger has some incredible prices on Ebay so I think I'll be going with them along with some things from KnuKonceptz.com.

As far as SQ goes, you could go get some walmart specials and probably not be able to tell a difference. Spending a lot of money on interconnects, and especially speaker wire, is one of the worst investments you could ever make.

Stick with Knukonceptz. Great support, excelletn products, affordable prices, and a fellow contour owner.

actually i did a test at work a few days ago (home theatre). I hooked one speaker up to left channel A and another speaker up to left channel B. The one wired with monster cable had better bass response than did the one wired with the thunderline (this suprised me too). It wasn't a huge difference but it was noticeable. But for the average person, the difference is probably so small its not worth paying 3 or 4 times the price.
