Rumbling sound is likely bad wheel bearings.
The driveability problem is likely a vacuum leak or bad IAC. (you mentioned the TH Fix help for a while) Touchy-feely every hose and connection 2 or 3 times.
Shoot some staring fluid on the connection areas when the car is running to see if the engine perks up any.
