(the heat curing process is letting it sit on a heat vent in your house after the paint is tack free. My girlfriend almost killed my over the smell in the house...)
I just repainted my wiper arms last week. I bought some expensive "Automotive Paint" at Canadian Tire. The damn stuff cracked up anywhere I hadn't sanded the arms right down to bare metal. Grrrrrrrrr. So after re-sanding them down I switched to some bargain brand flat black they had in the paint section and it worked perfect.
Should I be sanding down ALL the chrome off the grill? And do I lay down a primer coat or just go with the gloss black only.
