Thanks JSMITH. Does anyone else have any more ideas. I think the tie rods are going to need to be replaced, so is this something that I can do or should I take it to a shop? And any guess on what I can expect to pay for the parts?

I also just realized that I probably should have posted this in suspension forum(still half a sleep) so if anyone can move it that would be great.
