I dunno what the "ungoverned" top speed is 'cause both of my cars are governed. Duhhhh....but my 96 MTX SE topped out at 115mph, because it is limited by the electronics. Now if you look at the back of the 98.5 -2000 SVT brochure the top speed is 143-electronically limited. Thus disproving the statement that 30 extra horespower only gives you 5mph difference.
