um actually in defense to hector...he has svt guages in his car,that go to 160 on the SPEEDOMETER not TACH as you mentioned above(since tachs measure rpm's and not actual vehicle speed.... )

and he also has a chip which means his car is not governed any more....so his claims are actually possible...

maybe some of you should get your facts straight before trying to bash someone.. ...if you don't know what mods his car has maybe you shouldn't speak on the subject....



I dont see anywhere in his post or his sig that says svt guages or anything about a chip. so I still stand at BS. if he has them then sure. But till then. BS. And Maybe when he posts next time, so he doesn't sound so stupid he should say that he has SVT guages and a chip. As for the tach part, I was working on my friends guages, and I typed tach instead of speedo. Easy mistake, you just look dumber for pointing it out. But thanks. ok,you obviously need to spend a little more time reading......I HAVE PERSONALLY SEEN hectors gauges with my own eyes....so don't call me dumb,when I KNOW what i'm talking about....you are the one with no clue....all you say is bs this and bs that,when you don't know jack about what you are talking about....personally i don't think anyone cares what you think is bs or not when you don't know....

he was simply stating what his car has done top speed wise...he shouldn't have to point out that he has a chip,when anyone with any common sense knows that the car is governed stock,and it would have to have a chip to go above 112 mph....it doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize that he has a chip or something to bypass the governor if he says he's gone that fast...pretty simple....

and he also said that his speedometer was a little off from 120 to 130 mph...so again it doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize that the stock zetec guages don't go that high....huh you think maybe he just could have possibly put different guages in??????no he must have just imagined his SPEEDO went that high....


and lastly...oh i guess i'm supposed to read your mind,and know that you just put your friends TACH in so that's why you reffered to the SPEEDO as a TACH huh?????yeah boy that really makes me look dumb.... ....um ok....if you say so.....so i'm supposed to assume something,but god forbid you think that maybe just maybe someone might have changed their guages,or got a chip....its really annoying when someone like yourself has to cry bs to something they know absolutely nothing about....
