i think without the governor on the non-svt's its somewhere around 135 mph iirc. and with a chip, it probably wont be much different.

140 in my Zetec. My speedo is about 5-10 mph off so between 130-135.

Yeah but your muffler has got to add like what 20 hp minimum, the sound alone is enough to get you too 60 no problem.

mine has never went over 112...and thats without the speed limiter kicking in(I think)...how long does it take to get that high
I was expecting the governer to push me back down but it doesn't...its just stays at the same speed

i think there is a way, but it causes you to have no speedo, so what's the point as you'd wouldn't know how fast u'r going.

if you stick it in nuetral going down hill it will go over the govern speed, otherwise is uses your engine to hold you back. I have tried it before, but be careful when in nuetral switching back into gear, make sure you slow down first.
