I have done an alignment 2 weeks ago to fins that /ford has screwed up my steering and ended up with my steering off center to the left. Well today I went back to ford and they did some changes and supposedly fixed the steering. What's strange is that between btoh alignments the camber and cater numbers ( which are supposedly fixed ) have been changed. Also the numbers they finished off with last time are not the numbers they started off with today??!! Since I always ask for a printout.. well please let me know how these numbers measure and whether it is normal for them to change ( esp the camber and caster)

Today:

Left tire (fr) Right tire(fr)
Camber -0.59 / -0.29
Caster 2.65 / 2.40
Toe -0.10 / -0.08

Last time:

camber -0.64 / -0.31
caster 2.28 / 2.29
Toe -0.07 / -0.08

So please if anyone can help out here I would greatly appreciate it.

Even though there is no direct adjustment for the caster and camber, the readings will change slightly when the toe is changed.

All of the angles are related. You cannot change one (toe, caster, or camber) without some change to the others. In your case, the changes are minute and insignificant.
