I have the Mac's on my Mustang right now. The sound is like half way between a 2 chamber and a 3 chamber flowmaster with more 'bark'.
When I first put 'em on the car, I hated them. I like 'em more as I've got used to them. I'm swapping them out soon in favor of a Cat X-Pipe and a set of Borla XS Mufflers. I love the X + Borla sound.
