No. It doesn't matter... they're the exact same plug. Just like the Motorcraft FL-820S oil filter is just a rebranded Purolator. Motorcraft doesn't manufacture those parts, they just put their name on someone else's. The only way I'd buy the Motorcraft plugs over the Autolites is if they were cheaper because I'd be paying less for the exact same product.
