The dealership parts department actuall sells an upholstry cleaner that comes in a blue aerosol can. I don't have the name off hand but when my car was in the shop for the dash replace, they managed to get grease on my seat (greystone interior). They sprayed this stuff on and wiped it clean...perfect. You can't see anything and the upholstry didn't change texture at all. Great stuff.
