Maybe I'm misunderstanding what you meant by that, but loosely translated, it means that if 100 cars each have 1 problem, then there are 100 problems per 100 cars. The 225 figure for the H2 means that each vehicle has 22.5 problems. (225 problems/100 vehicles=22.5 problems/vehicle)
