that's right. I read all this in the Wall Street Journal the other day. Actually, lexus was the best with only 76 complaints per 100. Hummer, which is included with GM in this list, was the worst with their H2 racking up 225 complaints per 100 vehicles. Drop that big one off and GM, as well as the average per 100, goes WAY down.
Another one you don't see on there is the MINI. They were 4th from the worst: now how does BMW quality look???
