That to me sounds like your timing belt is streching and hittign your cover. How many miles are on the car?

It is your timing belt hitting the cover.

A short term fix is to shim the timing cover upward with a couple of washers. This doesn't solve the underlying problem, but it will stop the noise.

When I first got my car. The timing belt was making noise and I removed my timing cover to find the belt running right on the edge of the pullys. Was chewed up a little. Ford fixed it cause the tensioner pully was comming apart. This was at about 25k miles

I threaded the bolts that hold the cover in place through the washers, so they can't come loose, as long as the bolts are in place.
