Terry, FWIW I tried re-punching my cone back in. I set at least 15 punches in the aluminum of the rear housing...to the point there was actually an aluminum overlap over the cone from each punch. It lasted me about 3-4 months then came loose again. Luckily I convinced my dealer to pull it and see for himself, and ESP covered it.
