Realistically, I can't make a weekend out of it, I'm lucky to get one day off.
I wouldn't mind camping, and if it weren't for the kids, my wife would probably be up for that too, but our youngest is still too little for that (4 months).
I can still make it for 1 day as long as it's not too bad a drive. So far, from a distance standpoint, all of the mentioned options look OK, (except maybe Roman Nose). Since I've never been to any of these places, I don't really have a preference.
