my door chimer and my light chimer dont work is there a fuse for that? also my light wont come on when i open my driver door but all others it comes on fine. any suggestions

pull the switch for the light and clean the contacts. when they get dirty or coroded they can stop working. that should take of the problem. this also happened on my mothers 99 SE
be careful not to loose the wire back into the frame

Just wanted to praise this site. I have just now begun experiencing the same prob. It's nice to have the support of fellow owners collaborating on their Contour probs. I'll be pulling that switch tomorrow to clean it.
mine does that every now and then. just play with the contact where the door will trigger it. The switch there... yea... that thing...
