I went to Penzoil 10 min Oil Change in Newmarket. It took them 30 min to change my oil but I was in no rush.

I recently went to get my oil changed at Sears and they told me the previous oil changer (Penzoil) stripped the screw that goes into the oil pan and that the threads inside the oil pan were stripped. Since the oil pan threads were stripped, they had to put in a universial plug because the old screw wouldn't hold.

Is this universial plug good enough (will it hold?) or should I go back to Penzoil and get them to buy me a new oil pan ($382 CDN)? Any other suggestions???

Thanks
Derek
