Does anyone know where I could acquire a metal zetec valve cover? I have searched all my local junkyards with no luck in sight of finding one and I was hoping that you guys could help me out.

there is a contour in a bone yard in Aurora Il that has a Zetec in it. not sure what the name if the place is or if hector had lalready pulled the valve cover off it or not though.

Even if you don't have the answer, you certainly have to admire the problem.

What do they look like, what cars did they come on?

They look like this, well not like this i polished mine but you get the idea. Its real dirty and the skies are real cloudy so i was able to get pic ive tried before but it was to shiny. Im not done with it yet still got to smoot it out some
Ohh they cam on the 95 not sure if they came on the 96 and 97 as well and i guess the reason for metal is so you can polish it.

yeah my 96 is metal and says zetec 16V

his looks just right for a 95 Zetec  96 and 97's were with the 16 valve and some LATE 95's too

ZetecRacing do you happen to have the phone number to that yard or anything so I could contact them before I make the drive out.
Also for those wondering, yes I am looking for a Metal Valve cover just so I can polish it, my engine bay needs some more eye catching quality to it.
