I have the same problem with mine. Its not coming from the engine I think it has to do with a flapper within the heating system. If it be vaccum or what not I don't know but it is definetely coming from the air plenum behind the cup holders. Settings are on cold with the blower off and other control is on off to. It could be the little vaccum canister hanging on the left side still letting air to to go through the heat side. I would like to find and explantion. The hair is about to melt off my legs.
