Does this heat rush last only a few seconds ?
If it does, then it is just the hot, stale air, from inside the HVAC box, getting sucked into the car, when the interior hot air exits through the roof and windows.

if you are concerned about the heat escaping past the hole the wire runs through, seal around the wire with some silicone RTV. A general purpose or clear RTV should work.

it's weired, i don't think that that much heat can come from the little hole even if i didn't have it sealed(the insulation covers everything but the wire). the heat last until i step out the car. and it's only on my side.

I also find the driver's footwell warm (although not extreme) and wish at times for the old style floor vents on the kick panels, which went the way of the dodo bird with a/c. Unless the hole is particularly big I doubt that's the problem, unless you just started to notice it with the wire installation.
In hot weather I usually keep the blower on floor and the speed one up from slow when driving with a/c off.
There is always the possibility that your catalytic is running hotter than normal.

when you put the blower the blue section, it doesn't automatically set the a/c on?

The heat you feel in the driver's footwell area is probably radiant heat from the trans. That puppy gets HOT when you drive.
