Interesting, you guys both have pre98 and the VSS just recently failed. I have a 98.5 and it went?!
I wonder if it has something to do with the new tranny I had to buy. Maybe a problem came about before the old tranny died and the VSS has been slowly wearing away? I dunno, well thanks to all...hopefully I'll have time over the next couple of days to pull the VSS and check it out.
