Why yes Pete, as a matter of fact it is! It was one of many Mystique only options available on the '96 models (sorry Contours). Its main feature is the ability to tailor the music to road speed, through a connection between the transaxle, speed sensor and the CD changer. At low speeds it will play country ballards, moderate speeds jazz, and at interstate speeds some pretty good rock'n roll!
