I just returned from Autozone and got the code "P0171 bank 1 too lean" I am going to change the fuel filter along with using some fuel injector cleaner, I just changed my spark plugs 1 1/2 weeks ago and the CEL just came on last night (on my way to the club
). I am just curious as to what brand / type of fuel filter everyone recommends ('99 2.0L ATX) or fuel injector cleaner, I have used Outlaw before in another vehicle and it seemed to work fine. My vehicle is still under extended warranty and just wanted to be sure of what might be the problem before I went to Ford so I don't have to deal with trying to get jerked. Does anyone think Ford will not cover the 02 sensors if they are bad (56k on the clock) or that they will try and tell me more is wrong with the vehicle than really is? I AM going to have them call me before they do any work on the vehicle after they "assess the problem." TIA
