ok, just found some o-rings, just not in a set. I'll order 6 for goodness' sake. CSK online says the PN for the Fel-Pro intake manifold gaskets is MS95727, but the 3L forum here says the PN is MS95726.

I think the PN ending w/ 6 is the full gasket set, upper and lower. It's $41.
The PN ending in 7 is $26. But, it says "manifold set."
What would you do?
BTW, Daymon and Ed, thanks a bunch for your help.

Just looked at Fel-Pro's website. Looks like I was right about the gaskets and the P/Ns. Gaskets are much cheaper from Fel-Pro's site, too. However, Fel-Pro's site wont let me add the TB gasket and the EGR gasket at the same time. How annoying...

No problem. The pn from the 3L forum yielded me a U/LIM set......so......maybe the 6 has the TB, EGR and the other gasket that I can't seem to remember right now.....

I wound up ordering the IAC gasket, the EGR gasket, and the PCV from fordpartsonline. I ordered the UIM/LIM gasket set (ending in 6), the TB gasket, and a "set" of injector O-rings from Fel-Pro. Thanks again for the help. So, one of these upcoming weekends will be a long one. I gotta put the tranny cocktail in and clean up and optimze the intake. Wish me luck!

You can leave the IAC on when pulling the manifold. (Just unplug it ) Easier to remove with the UIM on the bench and clear of the firewall etc.

Good tip. Thanks. I need to clean my IAC cause I've got some funky idling right now. Again, thanks for the tip!

You don't mean that you left the EGR hanging after reinstalling everything right!?

I have found that if you are careful, TB and EGR gaskets are reusable.
As you saw in the howto, I replaced all the injector O-rings. Mine all had spider cracks in them, but none were horrible. I'm not sure, but I think your O-rings might be different since the injectors for 95-97 cars are very different from the 98+ cars.
I left the fuel rail in the car, still attached to the fuel line while removing the LIM.
