im with hetfield...time to clean your throttle body it sounds like to me and prolly the egr ports behind it, if it hasn't been done recently
sticking throttle is something i would notice too after the 1 1/2 hr freeway ride to my moms house...the throttle would 'catch' when first stepping on it after stopping at the light on the offramp
clean the previous mentioned parts and try to clean up the throttle cable too if u can...
last time i did the clean acouple months ago and it didn't quite take care of the throttle this time as well as it did the first time i cleaned it...in the future i plan on replacing the throttle cable altogether
