Foggiest clue? They tuned a 130HP Zetec to an emissions/sound legal 170. I believe this is without using a variable cam timing system like Honda and their iVtec. I think they did a fine job for the 2.0L and budget they had to work with. 250HP range or a failure? Dodge would be working with an additional .5L and is putting out probably ~230-240. That is also devoting most of their budget to producing big HP numbers, and not being as refined as SVT does with the Focus. If they are stuck with the Zetec and not the 2.3L, 225 would be an excellent number, even though you would consider it a failure...
