Well thanks, Grymes. I have thought about it, but I don't know if the wife would let me, but I figured I could play around with it and post it and gets peoples opinions.
I was thinking a few people could write some of the articles and then I and or us could work it into the layout and get a online first edition and get peoples comments on it.
If there is serious interest, I have a buddy that printing and I could check into this with him.
Hopefully I will be able to refine this more tomorrow.
