I just got one across the top of my back and it did hurt but I think it hurt bad just because I had so much area that was covered. The worst part for me was right next to my shoulder blades. I agree about them being addictive I got my first one on my leg and ever since then I have been looking for more of them. Just like crack once you start its hard to stop.
