this was at the sandia national raceway road course, in albuquerque.

1967 dodge dart vs Acura NSX (?) .. in the corners.. owned by a 1967 brick .. lol

Its a Diablo

Actually not too suprising considering the mods done to the dart and the lambo looks pretty stock from what I can see int he pics. Pretty funny that the lamborghini costa about 20 times as much as the race prepped dart and got beat.

How do you know the Diablo isn't coming around to lap the Dart??? The race results do not show a Diablo anywhere, so it could've lost I guess but only if you saw it.

Notice that all the cars on that list are '68 and older? Lambo looks slightly newer than that...

i saw this specail on Sportsvision and this guy was running a crx that did the 1/4 faster than a lambo, that's gotta be a bad feeling too

It may have been racing in a different class than the Dart. That's common on road courses.

In my 83 rx-7 i lap my local course as fast as motor trend was able to manage in the z06 cobra r and viper acr. Race prepping goes a loooong ways.
